As a South County Mortgage Business Development Representative, you'll refer mortgage leads, whether that client is seeking pre-approval or is already in contract. Our team of Loan Officers will get your client's mortgage closed. Upon escrow closing, you'll get a referral fee of up to .5% of the loan amount. For example, on a $400,000 loan, you'll get a referral fee of up to $2,000.
